Sen. Ayo is an approved tax practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He was Group Executive Chairman of the Allover Group, a microfinance lender, from 1994 to 2010.
He graduated in Electrical Engineering (B.ENG) from University of Ilorin. He has vast business interests outside Nigeria and has attended many management courses within and outside Nigeria.
Taiwo Francis Akerele is a Nigerian policy economist and author. Akerele studied at Harvard University, Carleton University, Stellenbosch University, the World Bank Institute, the University of Ibadan, and the University of Benin and was a founding member of the Center for Values in Leadership, Lagos Business School.
Emmanuel Anyaeto is an experienced Project Manager with about 20 years of experience working with Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited. He education consisted of Lincoln University, Jefferson City, Missouri, USA, Cranfield University (UK) School of Engineering, Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School.
He is the COO (Chief Operating officer), he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in Operations Management from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife, Nigeria. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He has over 12 years extensive insurance experience cutting across high net-worth relationship building, business development expertise, risk management, corporate governance & strategy.
She is the Director and also Head Human Resource Department in the Company with very successful career in advertising, Marketing and event management. A corporate member of many professional bodies including NIM.
He is a finance expert with more than 10 years post graduate experience in the banking industry, Oil & Gas, Offshore financing, Investment financing e.t.c. He has also worked as an accounting executive on United Nations project.
He is an Agricultural expert with more than 5 years of experience in the agricultural Sector. He has also worked with the pension industry for 4 years. He holds a Certificate in Risk Management.
She is the consulting company secretary with more than four years post qualification experience in the legal profession. She has undergone series of trainings in the legal field both local and abroad.
